Add the design(s) to your cart, complete the checkout process, and you’ll receive the downloaded file in my downloads of your account page
5. Can I download the design immediately after purchase?
Yes, all our designs are available for instant download after payment confirmation.
6. What should I do if I don’t receive the download ?
If you don’t see the downloaded file in my downloads contact our support team with your order number.
7. How to unzip a zip file in mobile?
For Android

- Tap the file, and a menu will appear with an Extract or Unzip option.
- Choose the option, and the contents will be extracted to a folder in the same location.
Using a Third-Party App
- Download and install a file extraction app like WinZip, RAR, or ZArchiver from the Play Store.
- Open the app and navigate to the ZIP file.
- Select the file and choose Extract or Unzip to extract the contents to your desired location.
For iOS
Using the Built-In Files App
- Open the Files app.
- Locate the ZIP file (it might be in the Downloads or another folder).
- Tap the file, and iOS will automatically unzip it, creating a new folder with the extracted contents.
Using a Third-Party App
- Download an app like WinZip or iZip from the App Store.
- Open the app, navigate to the ZIP file, and follow the app’s prompts to extract the files.
